FINGERLESS SALIH: (4 Acts) Necip Fazil, who says that he wanted to "show the disease, 'gambling', which has no doctor or cure, with its most painful causes and consequences" in the work, gives the following answer to a question asked to him about Fingerless Salih: "The only case I wanted to express in the work is the sudden eruption of a soul that has not found its true fountain within a thousand contradictions and a thousand opposing fates and has even become numb under the pressure of evil, as soon as it reaches the greatest motive; and its violent leap into the sublime action that it has unknowingly longed for for exactly 55 years and has always lived with desire."
