In a world where winter reigns supreme, only the citizens of the climate-controlled Snow Globe city can escape the freezing cold; but this seemingly perfect society hides dark and dangerous secrets in its icy heart.
The Snow Globe, located under a giant dome, is the last temperate place on Earth. The citizens living in the wasteland outside the city face the icy world every day to travel to the power plant that produces the energy needed for the Snow Globe. Their only entertainment is the twenty-four hour television programs broadcast directly from the domed city.
Chobahm is one of those who follow these broadcasts with the desire to one day have fame and security just like the actors on the screen. The young girl's favorite star is Haeri, who she resembles so much as her twin. Who knows, maybe this resemblance will offer Chobahm the life of her dreams. But is the truth always as it appears on TV?
